There are many people and religions out there that recognize Jesus as a good man but don’t believe Him to be the promised Messiah (anointed one). But, either Jesus is who He claimed, or He’s a liar. As I begin the third part to the “Who is Jesus?” series, you might be wondering where the Trinitarian or Triune beliefs come from if God is one. 1 John 5:7 says, “For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.” In the true definition of Trinity, God is defined as being three persons in one Godhead. Christmas Joy

On Sunday we want to our sister church- the other church that belongs to our parish. We were greeted the door by children dressed as Mary, Joseph and shepherds and what was, with a bit of imagination,a donkey. What are the functions and attributes of the Holy Spirit? The day a person receives Christ, I believe the Holy Spirit of God takes up permanent residency in that person. Giving One-Hundred Percent

We got nothing less from Jesus Christ as He became a sacrifice for us. God could have saved us any way He wanted but chose to save us by brutal sacrifice on a cross. Why? I don’t know for sure. Until recently, I wasn’t aware of the many misunderstandings people have in regard to salvation through grace rather than works. Those who have not been raised in the Christian church or have not read what the Bible has to say about being saved by grace rather than works, I can now understand why this part of Christianity has been so misjudged.
