What Does It Mean To Be Narrow Minded?

Hmm, I think this depends on who you ask and how exactly they define narrow mindedness. I think secular society considers the narrow minded to be those who refuse to believe or accept points of view other than their own. They may also see those who are “narrow minded” as socially intolerant and self-righteous. Watch the Stereotypes in Business

Just because you are a small, one-person business doesn’t mean you can get away with “personnel issues” that large companies can’t. Without policy and checks and balances to serve as guidelines, you might actually be more prone to stereotypes and prejudice in your home business. So, what’s the problem with stereotyping?
