In recent blogs I’ve been looking at practical ways of overcoming fear. When fear grips us, the place to turn is to God’s Word. This is what we have done in a recent situation, where fear has been threatening my husband and me and trying to gain ascendancy. Fear can cripple us. Are you allowing it to cripple you? One way to deal with it is to confront the fear. This is what one young woman did after being attacked. The other day I had a frightening experience. I’m not a confident person in the water, because I can’t swim well- only while my feet can touch bottom and I never put my face under water.
