My daughter and I have always been exceptionally close. I chock it up to the hours and hours she spent attached to my breast while she was an infant. And by hours I mean days. Actually, months. Time is ticking down to the great sugar rush. It’s Easter again–six Easters after I broke one of my rules. The rule I broke? “No hassling doctors or social workers at home unless someone is dying.” But I needed to know! Here in Colorado, we never know what kind of weather Easter will bring. We’ve had some gorgeous Easters where we hunted for eggs outside in short sleeved shirts and sundresses.
